Misdiagnosed bc they didn’t have the time to repair. I was told that it’ll be at least a couple hours b4 they could get to me. They expect me to reply as NVM. Instead I left it and went to breakfast. When I returned I was told by Chris and another guy that there was nothing wrong with my car. Whoever changed my oil did not clean up after themselves. They were incorrect my oil continued to leak. I took it to Firestone who stated I needed to replace the oil drain plug. Thanks so much for wasting my time.

Mike provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. My battery died on a Sunday morning in a church parking lot, and after calling Pep Boys, they told me to come right in. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue to confirm it was the battery, explained my options, and even found available discounts to help me save money. He also noticed my tires were wearing down and gave me helpful recommendations for both my car and my wife’s vehicle. Throughout the visit, he kept me updated on the repair time, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. Mike’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers are the reason I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend Mike and this Pep Boys location!

My husband got an alignment for my car which took over an hour. We had somewhere to be so after driving out, he immediately called me to tell me the car was not aligned and wanted my opinion. The wheel wasn’t even straight, so we made another appointment to fix their job. My husband got off work early to take it back to the shop and they told him upon arrival that the tech wasn’t even there. He asked why there was no call to share that information before he drove up there and the response was, there was no number in the system….you’ve got to be kidding me. Do better.

After a 6.5 hour nightmare waiting for a tow truck following a blowout on I45S South on Sunday afternoon, a tow truck driver took us to Pep Boys where we dropped off our vehicle since it was after hours. The following morning Manager Mike called me to explain their findings. In addition to the o ious tire issue he provided a detailed explanation of the cost for replacing the tire(s) and other negative issues with proposed cost. He helped make an otherwise dreadful experience survivable and almost pleasant despite the cost! He is an excellent example of a genuinely good-hearted person who cares about his job and his customers.

Pep Boys I came in almost right at closing time on a Sunday because I had a blowout, and this was the closest tire shop. I’m really glad I chose Pep Boys. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, even though helping me meant staying a little late. They didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel like a burden, and got me safely back on the road with a smile. That kind of service is rare these days, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thanks to the team — I’d absolutely come back and recommend this location.
